  1. Services Provided

Nexport Logistics provides international shipping, freight forwarding, and package delivery services. Customers are assigned a U.S. shipping address for receiving packages, which are then transported and delivered locally.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information for all shipments.

  • Customers are responsible for uploading invoice for all packages received.

  • Failure to submit required documentation may result in delays or additional fees.

  1. Prohibited Items

Customers must not ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted items, including but not limited to:

  • Firearms, ammunition, and explosives

  • Illegal drugs or substances

  • Flammable or hazardous materials

  • Any items prohibited by Jamaican laws

Nexport Logistics reserves the right to refuse or dispose of prohibited items.

  1. Customs & Duties

  • All shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable charges impose by customs authorities

  • Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Nexport Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers will be notified when packages are ready for delivery or pickup.

  1. Fees & Payments

  • All shipping and service fees must be paid in full before delivery.

  • Late payments may result in storage fees or withholding of packages.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  1. Storage Policy

  • Packages must be collected or scheduled for delivery within a specified time after arrival.

  • Storage fees may apply for uncollected packages after the allowed period.

  1. Liability

  • Nexport Logistics is not liable for loss, damage, or delay beyond our control.

  • Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within a specified timeframe.

  • Compensation, if applicable, will be limited to the declared value of the items.

  1. Insurance

  • Optional insurance may be available for shipments.

  • Customers are encouraged to insure high-value items.

  1. Account Suspension

Nexport Logistics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions

  • Non-payment of fees

  • Shipment of prohibited items

  1. Privacy

Customers information is collected and used solely for shipping and communication purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

  1. Changes to Terms

Nexport Logistics reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
